MOSI—or the Museum of Science & Industry—is a perfect attraction for families looking for something to do on a rainy day. (Although the museum is fantastic no matter what the weather!) You can enjoy numerous exhibits, spend some time at the planetarium, or even catch an IMAX movie.
3. Glazer Children’s Museum

Imagination is the name of the game at the Glazer Children’s Museum. Kids both young and old will enjoy the educational and interactive displays throughout the museum.
4. Big Cat Rescue

A Tampa visitor-favorite for viewing exotic felines up close is none other than Big Cat Rescue. What began as a concerned citizen wanting to save exotic cats from misuse or neglect has expanded into one of the largest animal rescue efforts in the area. You can learn more about Big Cat Rescue and even take a tour to see the beautiful creatures up close!
