I have used Carl's van rentals in Tampa for the last 5 years. I bring down my high school hoops team every January from New Jersey and we always rent from Frank at Carl's van rentals. Frank has helped me for the last 5 years and has always been so helpful and accommodating. Ask for Frank when you call and you will get the best service possible. Great company and good people is always a formula for success.

My wife and I rented a van to drive to Chicago for thanksgiving last year. Frank at the Tampa location was great, helped us out while picking the van up and was on point on providing any and all information needed. The van was in great condition, and ran great all the way there and back. If we are ever in need of renting a car, Carl's will be our number 1 and 1A choice above all others as they stood head and shoulders over the competition in response time, customer service, and willingness/patience with us. Wouldn't recommend any other company for vehicle rentals.

Rented van because of expense of vans through major companies far exceeded cost we paid at Carl’s. Pick up and return went smoothly and seamlessly. We would definitely use them again.

Frank at Carl's Van Rentals is THE best!! This is the third year I've rented from Carl's in Tampa and I look forward to many more years to come. Frank is fantastic :-)

Our family rented a 15 passenger van for an 8 day trip in December 2017. At the time I tried to make the reservation there were no large vans remaining at the Tampa location, but when I spoke with Frank (the office manager) he found an available van at an Orlando location and had it brought over for our rental. In addition, we needed a little extra luggage room and he explained that Carl's could remove half of the rear seat, which they did. We arrived after hours at the Tampa airport, the van was ready, half seat removed, keys in a lockbox--couldn't have asked for better service.
