Great Explorations Children’s Museum is a non-profit organization that’s designed to spur the imaginations of kids ages 10 and under. Kids will love the opportunities for creative play, educational exhibits, hands-on learning, and much more. In addition to great exhibits and activity areas, Great Explorations has regular programs and events. You’ll want to check out the Great Explorations Children’s Museum website for event info. This museum is so committed to helping kids learn through play, that they even have their own accredited preschool!
Great Explorations Children’s Museum is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are available for reservation in two-hour increments starting at 9:00 AM. Note that Great Explorations is closed on major holidays, such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Admissions rates are as follows:

The museum has a detailed COVID-19 plan and safety protocols in place to allow visitors to enjoy the museum right now. Ticket reservations are strongly encouraged.
