About Zoo Miami

The main attraction at Zoo Miami is, no doubt, creatures from around the world. Within the park, you can see tree frogs from deep within the rain forest, gorillas from the Western Lowlands of Africa, and 10-foot-long rattlesnakes from South America. You can feed a giraffe, get up close to a rhino, and even cool off in the splash pad areas. The zoo also has a number of events and shows you can catch, depending on when you visit. 

Zoo Miami is open every day of the year from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with adjusted hours on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Ticket prices are age dependent and range from $17.95 to $21.95 (plus Florida sales tax). Parking for all zoo guests is free.

Zoo Miami is located off the Florida Turnpike’s Exit 16, making it an easy drive or day trip from anywhere in the greater Miami area.
