Fun in the Sun at Rapids Water Park

Add this water park destination to your plans for your Florida vacation this spring or summer. Your family or group will love the huge inner tube and body water slides that wind through the park. Whether you want excitement or relaxation, you can find it all at Rapids Water Park. Rent a van from Carl’s Van Rentals, and get on the road to a day of fun in the water.

Location

Rapids Water Park is located in Riviera Beach, FL. When you rent a van in West Palm Beach from Carl’s Van Rentals, you have a short trip of less than 20 minutes to reach the water park. Parking is available for your passenger van rental for $10 per vehicle in general parking. Preferred parking closer to the main entrance is available for $20 per vehicle.

At the Park

Rapids Water Park has water slides of all kinds, including one that shoots a multi-person raft into a funnel at 20 mph called Big Thunder. A similar ride called Black Thunder takes you through a thrilling tunnel of darkness before entering the funnel. A total of 35 water slides are found across the 30-acre park, including several multi-person slides for the whole family to enjoy together.

The park closes from mid-October through mid-March, making March 15, 2014, the first open day for the season. Always check the schedule and hours of the park before planning to visit, because weekend and weekday hours vary.
