Carl’s Van Rentals expanded its presence in Florida recently with access to three new delivery and pick-up services to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Melbourne. The new locations coincide with the announcement of the company’s new reservation guarantee policy, which locks in a customer’s rate with their reservation and guarantees that price changes (up or down) occurring after a reservation is made will not affect the customer’s cost of rental.
“Our guaranteed reservations set us apart from the competition,” stated Eric Libby, the company’s operations manager. “We strive to make the rental process as simple and straightforward as possible for our customers. Overbooking or allowing prices to change after a reservation is made only complicates the process and leads to dissatisfied customers, and that’s not how we want to do business.”
Carl’s Van Rentals is a family-owned business that first opened its doors in 1994 and now occupies convenient rental locations all across the state of Florida and southern Georgia. The newest delivery and pick-up locations include Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Melbourne. The Melbourne location is convenient for those flying into Melbourne International Airport. With the addition of service to these areas, Carl’s Van Rentals has a total of four physical locations across the state of Florida and 11 delivery and pick-up locations.
