1. Steinmetz Hall
The long-awaited Steinmetz Hall at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts opened its doors on January 14, 2022. This hall has received an N1 sound rating, which is the lowest sound the human ear can detect. This means any performance you attend will be like no other! 2. Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex
The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is getting a brand new attraction this spring. Set to open in March 2022, The Deep Space Launch Complex is a 50,000 square-foot multi-level attraction featuring NASA and commercial spacecraft. Take the whole family because there will be immersive attractions and displays that everyone will enjoy!
3. Orlando Slingshot™ & Orlando Free Fall™
This sister attraction made its debut in December 2021 at ICON Park™. Get your thrills in the Slingshot™ that shoots you and a partner straight up in the air out of a volcano at nearly 100 mph. It stands at 300 feet tall, making it the tallest slingshot in the world. Similarly, the Free Fall™ is the world’s tallest free-standing drop tower, taking riders up 430 feet before the drop.
