Easy and seamless van rental for our group's trip to Tampa Bay and beaches. Everything is provided with great attention to detail and the vans were in great shape. We had a wonderful time with no issues in pickup, return or usage. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing vans and will use them again if and when we return to the area. Thank you!

Heather was amazing at working with us to accommodate our needs at a reasonable price! The van worked out very well for our two families to enjoy our spring break vacation together as we toured around Central Florida. We have nothing but positive things to say about Carl's Van Rentals! I do wish I had better understood the toll payment situation better before we started our trip but that fault lies with me. Thanks again Carl's Van Rentals!

Rented an 11 passenger van for a week, rental experience was very good, we was picked up at the airport and our van was sitting in the drive ready to go when we got there. I would highly recommend Carls for your van rental needs. Returning the van was quick and easy.

Very clean, new Sprinter van.
After hours pick-up/drop-off helpful (but plan for an extra 30 minutes for it).
Rented a Sprinter van to transport a youth sports team in town for a tournament. Heather answered our questions, procured a Sprinter van from another Carls' location, and proactively reached out to let me know they had deposit billing snafu and that it was being remedied. Post-rental billing issue arose that was promptly corrected.

I had to cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond my control. I called Cameron and told him and I was prepared to lose my deposit. I was ok with that because it was not his fault. He said if someone had requested the vehicle on the days I had it reserved he would refund my deposit . Low and behold he called me about 4 hours later with a refund . That says a lot about Carl’s rentals but more importantly about the character of Cameron .

Big group to Amelia Island

Our group was impressed with the whole experience. We couldn't believe how great the price was for the 15 passenger van. They made the check in process easy. Everything was set up before hand and they dropped the van off at the airport parking garage. No waiting at the long lines at the check out counter and no hidden costs. Not having to stand in line while 10 others just wait on the side is worth anything. They let me know where the vehicle was and even took a picture. They checked with me after I dropped it off the same way. There was never a concern. Awesome. We will be using this service again.
Best alternative to major car rental agencies

I was desperate as almost every car in Tampa was rented. I did not need a 12 passenger van but Carl's rate was one-fourth of the cost of the last car rental in the entire area. Much to my surprise the rental was easy and hassle free, even though I landed after hours around 9pm. The return was flawless using the A-1 parking people who zipped me to the terminal in about 5 minutes. Somewhere in these rental agreements I got the impression that the maximum miles per rental was 200. The maximum is 200 miles per DAY, so my five day rental had a thousand free miles. I would definitely rent from Carl's again and again, the Ford 12 passenger drove like a car and had all needed options like a backup camera, AC and cruise.
