Welcome to Cocoa Beach, friend! While you likely came for the sand, surf, and space-related attractions nearby, our crew at Carl’s Van Rentals wants to help you make the most of your time in Cocoa Beach. Here are a few of our favorite ways to spend a day in the greater Cocoa Beach or Port Canaveral area.
What better way to spend a lazy morning or afternoon than cruising the scenic Florida State Road A1A? You can drive all the way from Port Canaveral down to Stuart, FL. Stop along the way for a picnic lunch, do a little shopping, or just keep driving. (If you need a vehicle for your scenic drive, don’t forget to give us a call at Carl’s for a minivan or Jeep rental.)
A new addition to the Space Coast, the Exploration Tower is a wonder to behold both inside and out. Its architecture is unlike anything else, and inside you can enjoy seven floors dedicated to space as well as Florida history and wildlife. You can find a little bit of everything. If you happen to be in town during a rocket launch, then the Exploration Tower’s seventh-floor observation deck is certainly the place to be.
If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy the beach for the day, then check out Lori Wilson Park. From pavilions to playgrounds to outdoor showers, this Brevard County park has everything you need to enjoy the sand and sun in Cocoa Beach.
For all your travels in and around Cocoa Beach, let Carl’s Van Rentals help you get there. We have a great selection of minivans, Jeeps, passenger vans, and more for your crew to pile in and start exploring the area.
