By reserving a vehicle with Carl's Van Rentals, you are agreeing to ALL of the terms, conditions, and policies set forth both online as well as in the contract at the time of pickup. Carl's Van Rentals is not responsible for website innaccuracies or misprints. No Smoking

Platinum Service
|

For an additional fee, Our Platinum Service is available. Your rental vehicle can be delivered to you, or be waiting for your arrival. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 48 hours advance notice may be required. |

University and College Teams
|

For all University and College Teams renting with us, minimum age for drivers is 21. All drivers must be covered by their own personal full coverage car insurance or university car insurance. We will waive all underage fees and one additional driver fee per van rented. |

Insurance Requirements
|

All of our cash renters are required to have proof of full coverage car insurance and a deposit plus the cost of the rental up front. If you will be paying by credit card you are required to have proof of a minimum of liability insurance. If you have only liability insurance we do offer a collision damage waiver starting at $16.95 per day. |

Cancellations
|

All reservations are guaranteed with a MINIMUM of a $50.00 deposit. See Deposit below. This is applied to the total cost of the rental. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the date of rental to receive a refund. Cancellation period changes for Christmas, see below. |

If reservations are made within the two week period, you will have until closing time of the day the reservation was made to cancel without losing the deposit. |

Unlimited Mileage
|

Unlimited mileage may be available for customers traveling from another state or country. |

Cash and Check Cards
|
| |
Cash and Check/Debit Cards are accepted as forms of payment. A MINIMUM $500 deposit is required IN ADDITION TO the cost of the rental in order to use a check/debit card OR cash. The full amount of the rental plus the deposit is due at time of pickup. Verifiable FULL COVERAGE auto insurance is also required in order to use these methods of payment. |

Mileage
|

Unlimited mileage is not available for minibuses, cargo vans, or 15 passenger super savers. Unlimited mileage is also not available for out of state travel. You will have 150 miles per day for free, with $0.19 per mile (on most vehicles) thereafter. |

Minibuses
|
| |
Luxury Minibuses are allowed to travel outside of Florida with prior written approval. All Minibuses come with 100 miles per day for free, $0.49 per mile thereafter. UNLIMITED MILEAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME! |

No Shows
|
| |
Reservations will be held for three hours after reserved pick-up time or for one hour after confirmed flight touchdown. |

Deposit
|

There is a MINIMUM of a $50.00 deposit to make a reservation. Deposit amount depends on rental time period and can be higher. All reservations are guaranteed with a deposit. For Christmas deposit amounts, see below. |

Checks
|
| |
Checks will only be accepted from a school, church, or business. Checks must be recieved no less than 2 weeks prior to your rental. Checks recieved on the day of rental will require a deposit in the amount of the rental in cash or by credit card. This amount will be refunded when the check clears. |

Towing
|
| |
Towing is now available with our 12 passenger vans. It is an extra $20.00 per day. With a towing rental you will have 100 miles per day for free, $0.29 per mile after. Weekly rates are not available. |

Christmas Deposit Requirements
|
| |
Deposits for rentals with any day falling between December 25th and January 3rd will be as follows. For reservations made before November 1st, 50% of total cost of rental will be required. After November 1st 100% of total cost of rental will be required to make the reservation. Cancellations made after November 25th will not recieve a refund. All reservations are guaranteed with this deposit. An email address or fax number must be provided so we can send you a credit card authorization form. |

Driving Area Restrictions

Unlimited mileage may only be available to renters traveling from another state or country. Florida residents will have 150 miles free per day, and $0.19 per mile thereafter on most vans. Our vehicles are allowed out of the state to certain states. You will need to confirm with the rental office what state you will be traveling to.
