Carl's will price match one time with a competitor. Carl's will match its own price providing the rental is outside of 14 days of your pickup date. If you are within 14 days and can provide written proof, Carl's may elect issue a credit for a FUTURE reservation up to one year. Carl's will not price match in the even that a reservation has already been made with Carl's Van Rentals. Price matching is only available for new reservations. In order to price match, Carl's will require prepayment IN FULL for the vehicle with no refunds for cancelations. Subject to availability, only in same airport or local markets for the requested price match, and at the sole discretion of management. Proof IN WRITING will be required and will be verified. In addition, the company whose price is being matched will be contacted and verified. If the vehicle type is sold out at the time of verifiation, price matching will not be honored. Carl's will only price match in markets where they have physical stores (will price match rate, but not delivery/transport/drop fees. Price matching will only be honored in the same location/market and same vehicle as competitor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
